Hello, I’m Dr. Parinda Parikh, a board-certified Medical Doctor with a wide range of clinical and administrative expertise. Specializing in diagnosing and treating mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic spectrum disorders, as well as eating and neurodevelopment disorders, I bring a wealth of experience from diverse clinical settings. My approach to patient care is comprehensive and patient-centered, aiming to address the unique needs of each individual. With a solid commitment to education and community engagement, I am dedicated to contributing to efforts in tackling complex mental health issues.

Martin Witriol has four decades of medical and psychiatric experience. He has been the chief operating officer at the 2nd ARC Psychiatric Associates. He joined Dr. Parikh’s Ketamine team in 2019 and has been a leading team member in establishing and standardizing the Ketamine protocol for various diagnoses of depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. He has administered over 6000 infusions in different age groups and is directly involved in patient care.

Dr. Kaushik is a board-certified adult and geriatric psychiatrist with decades of experience in complex psychopharmacology. He has a wealth of experience in clinical and research psychiatry, treating disorders such as depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia with a holistic and integrative approach in mind.

Dr. Oza, MD is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with over forty-six years of experience in the medical field. She has worked extensively in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice and has served as a supervisor to therapists, nurses, interns, residents, and medical students. She graduated from Lady Hardinge Medical College, University Of Delhi Medical School, in 1974. She completed her training at the Elmhurst Hospital in NY. Her current areas of interest are child and adolescent psychiatry, peripartum, postpartum, and women’s health. She now serves as the Medical Director of 2nd ARC psychiatric associates in White Plains, conducting initial evaluation and psychopharmacological management.

Chana Simanowitz is a practicing nurse practitioner with nephrology and acute medical care expertise. She brings her vast medical experience to Dr. Parikh’s team in providing medical care and supervision for ketamine patients.

Amanda graduated from NYU nursing school with a bachelor of science in nursing. She has extensive experience in cardiac step-down, stroke unit, endoscopy, and advanced procedural nursing. She is certified in essential life support, advanced cardiovascular, and pediatric advanced life support. She is directly involved in ketamine infusion treatment, walking the patient through the process, medical monitoring and administration of treatment, and post-treatment recovery.

Kimberly Tucker is a trauma nurse with decades of experience. She is trained in pediatric, adult, and geriatric nursing care with acute medical emergencies. She is directly involved in ketamine infusion treatment, walking the patient through the process, medical monitoring and administration of treatment, and post-treatment recovery.

Elena Christian has been working with Dr. Parikh for over ten years. She is directly involved in coordinating and scheduling ketamine care. She is involved in patient follow-up, conducting prior-authorizations, and coordinating both ketamine infusion and trans magnetic stimulation with patients, nurses and medical consultants.

Areliz Torres has worked directly with Dr. Parikh to coordinate and schedule ketamine care. She is involved in patient follow-up, conducting prior-authorizations, and coordinating both ketamine infusion and trans magnetic stimulation with patients, nurses and medical consultants.
